"It not provides beach towel, they said we must buy beach towels if we wantvto have one. There is beach but need to have a long walk through other property, there are no sunbed, just chairs...there are nothing around hotel need to take a car and have a long drive to find restaurants. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized.
