The Palace had very clean rooms, staff was friendly. The Casino was clean and wiped down at all times. The only thing I would rate low, would be the buffet, steamed shrimp were very mushy and food was very bland. The buffet staff was very friendly though. Will book again.

Our room was relatively clean, but it reeked of cleaning solution-so much that we could hardly stand to be in the room. Overall, the entire complex needs a good cleaning-minus the strong smell!
