The hotel is very nice. Rooms are very small, no fridge in the room. The location is convenient to walk to restaurants. The price is a bit high for the room itself. Lobby is very pretty. Breakfast restaurant is really good.

Excellent stay! My next trip back to Billings, I will be staying here again. The shuttle availability, friendly staff, and the convenience of being downtown and the ability to walk to the surrounding shops and resturants is great. Not to forget the Valet parking along with secured parking is a major plus.

The Northern Hotel has been a landmark and icon in Billings dating back to my childhood in the 1950s. It has been well maintained and continues to be the premier place to stay in Billings. Staff is very friendly; liked the free self parking.
