「There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.」

「The Porto Lotti Suite Hotel has a wonderful marina setting. It's adjacent to the manufacturing facility of super yacht builder, RIVA. There's a wonderful view from the hotel's western edge including a view towards La Spezia. It's a bit of a drive from the city centre so be aware but we found parking in the center quite easy in the several lots. The road to the hotel is a bit tricky so pay attention and once in the gate truly follow the painted line to find your way. The room was nice but...

「It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.」

「Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. 」

「Wonderful hosts and beautiful location. A great place for hikers and people who like to explore the nature and the woods. The town is small but the host can prepare a lovely dinner which I highly recommend. Very enjoyable stay. 」

Nonostante non ci fosse nessuno ad accoglierci, le istruzioni per il check-in sono state tempestive e chiare e ci hanno permesso di accedere senza alcun problema. Il personale si è dimostrato molto disponibile. La stanza era come da foto e molto pulita, kit personali e buone dotazioni anche nel bagno. L'unica nota negativa è stata la temperatura della stanza: era molto fredda e abbiamo dovuto attendere diverso tempo prima che...

「非常棒，服務人員非常親切貼心，我們外出玩水回來洗完澡之後，馬上就有人來幫我們清理房間，隨時保持很舒適。 飯店的人員非常有禮貌，飯店的地理環境非常方便，前方就有一塊小海灘小朋友可以玩水，靠近老街可以逛。 可能是飯店的位置靠近海邊，所以自來水的水質有一點不夠清澈，但是沒有其他大問題。」

「We had a quiet room with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was great as was the view from the breakfast room. Staff was helpful and friendly.」

「Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. 」
