Good location to train station

The room is not too big, but with good aircon. Also with free roadside parking nearby hotel. Train station to Cinque Terre is around 15 minutes walk.

Clean room. Quiet location. Comfortable bed with blanket. Perfect for 1 night and 4 people with 1 luggage, as space is limited. Texture of towels could be softer.

It was very clean, walking distance from train station and a little further to the downtown area. I did feel like I was more of a nusance than a guest. Had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs as the lift was not working

Got nervous when we realized it’s someone’s apartment but they made it simple and if we can do it anybody can! Lol! Even had bottles of water to greet us and coffee for the AM. Nice and easy! Would recommend!

The property was very clean, and aside from the lousy hairdryer, was nicely appointed. It is not a hotel, be aware of this. We booked through Expedia, but it feels like an Airbnb. There are very few restaurants nearby, and virtually no taxis in the city. That was frustrating.

The place was excellent. My only complaint is that is was difficult to find out how to get into the building. Hotels.com did not make it clear that I needed to contact the place directly. I did email and did. It hear back from them. I called them once I was in Italy and even that was tricky. If a person did not have 3G/5G, it would be costly to get ahold of the place.

It was a short 10 minute walk up a hill to get to the guesthouse. We never actually saw Laura, but she had great communication via WhatsApp. Clear directions were given for how to get into the building and apartment. The apartment was 3 individual guest rooms connected by a small room. We weren’t able to check in early, however she did say we could leave our luggage in the main room before we checked in, which we didn’t end up doing as we got into La Spezia later than anticipated due to our trains. There are a lot of stairs up, there is a tiny lift, however we didn’t have the key when we arrived so we didn’t use it to get our luggage up. The key was on the main entrance key in the lock box, so maybe send one person up to the the apartment and see if the key is there and then send your luggage up. Comfortable king sized bed, the smaller bed was less comfortable but still ok. Shower had great pressure. The towels are awful, super scratchy and rough. Absolutely everything else was great. 10/10 would recommend you stay here!!

Lamentablemente ya no hay contacto personal con el huésped en estás propiedades, por lo que tuvimos una confusión con la puerta de acceso del edificio, afortunadamente no hubo consecuencias, la habitación bastante pequeña para dos personas, el precio no compensa el espacio que ofrecen

Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Man hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank, wo man gekühlte Getränke reinstellen kann. Handtücher, Duschgel und Seife vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr gut. Es läuft alles über eine Codeeingabe. Dafür muss man sich zuvor mit der Unterkunft in Verbindung setzen und dann bekommt man die genauen Informationen. Man läuft circa 20 Minuten bis in die Altstadt und 30 Minuten bis zum Hafen.

La Spezia är en ganska nedgången, smutsig stad och det här boendet ligger i ett område som kan beskrivas som ett ghetto. Boendet har fått väldigt bra betyg och jag kan inte förstå varför. Någon har delat upp en vanlig lägenhet i tre rum med skiljeväggar. Så rummet vi hyrde för fyra personer var alldeles för litet. Knappt så sängarna fick plats i rummet. Att det var mögelfläckar på gardinerna och hår i sängarna gjorde inte upplevelsen bättre.Eftersom det är lyhört mellan rummen gjorde att man väcktes varje gång någon i rummen jämte pratade eller gick ut i det lilla allmänna utrymmet mellan rummen. Detta är inget hotell, det är ett vandrarhem och inte värt priset.
