「Best experience ive had in a hotel. The room and price were amazing 」

「The key they assigned to my room did not work. The front desk attendant changed my room for another room. I use the card key one time then I couldn’t get into the other room he assigned me. I can only get into the room do the attendance key which is very inconvenient. Plus they wanted a $50 deposit that I will get back through credit card 5 to 8 days. So I gave them cash to get the money back the next day overall there’s a lot of problems that I didn’t have to go through if I went to another...

「This is a wonderful hotel! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, beds are built for relaxing and sleeping well. the staff of the hotel are delightful people. The breakfast is amazing! We were there for a family visit so I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the outdoor areas, but they also look beautiful. I’d stay here anytime I was in Vero. It’s just a gem of a place.」

Coffee and muffins available in the courtyard each morning. Reserved street parking was convenient. Good overall experience.」

「Desk staff was friendly, property is showing its age. Dirty towels were left hanging on the bathroom door in an otherwise clean room. Breakfast was marginal at best. All this for $200?! I guess the pricing is market/seasonally driven 」

「Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. 」

「Very clean room, excellent cleaning staff. Quiet location, across the street from the path to the beach, beautiful beach and chairs/umbrellas/wheelie available at Inn, heated, clean pool a bonus, they accept dogs, and Amy is very friendly and helpful. Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!」

「I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!」

「The room was fantastic and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing to work with. I would stay there in a heartbeat. Beautiful landscaping. They work very hard to make sure you are treated well and give you anything that will make your stay more enjoyable.」
