The heater was broken. Despite the maintenance guy trying several times, heater didn’t work. Ir was really cold in the night. The room was poorly maintained. I asked for a room change but they said it’s not possible. Front desk said I will get a discount but contact Expedia to get it.

Chateau Big Bear Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
This hotel is cute and cozy! The only downside is that the bathrooms have jacuzzi and it makes a terrible noise specially at night! And the breakfast is not good as much as you pay for the room.

Sessions Retreat & Hotel
Gorgeous amenities, the nicest staff, beautiful space and location. Well appointed room . Only issue is we had a very uncomfortable bed. Neither of us could sleep. We also had lights come on in the middle of the night.

This was my first time at a hotel in Big Bear, and I can’t wait to go again. There was an arcade for the kids, a bar for adults and walking distance to the Village.
