「Clean room, modern hotel. We just wished the small refrigerator worked. We were told they were all broken. The staff was very nice and helpful.」

Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır . 」

One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」
