「The booking clerk was quite brusque and was unable to give any information about activities in the area. This was unsurprising, as the same man was doing the bar, reception and taking and serving food orders on our first night - no sign of anyone else! The room had a good view of the lovely looking garden with picnic tables and view of River Dee. Unfortunately, it remained padlocked throughout our stay. The room was a good size with twin beds, but laid out so that you had to crane your neck...

「The accommodation is tired and needs updating. The rooms are very basic and were not very clean. The bathroom needs to be completely refurbished. The staff were helpful and pleasant but overall not a pleasant stay and would not recommend staying there」

「The room was clean. There was plenty of space. Only thing is the TV signal was not working but this could have been easily due to the massive thunderstorm we were having at the time which was far more beautiful to watch. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely value for money.」

「It was very good value and in a very beautiful area. The maintenance of the building was outstanding. No lift and, at 80, I found that a bit of a struggle. But will return - and breakfast was good value.」

So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. 」

「服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。」
