「This was a great hotel for a quick sleep. I did not have time to do more than check in, take a shower, sleep and leave. Check in was easy, parking was easy but the bathroom cleanliness and mattresses weren't the best.」

I’m ok with budget water pressure and slow elevators, but the cleanliness wasn’t there. I pulled back all the sheets to find hairs on the fitted sheet. I pulled a standing lamp away from a wall to look for a socket and the dust behind it was crazy, they clearly don’t move things around when cleaning. All that said, it’s Daytona beach. 「Beautiful property in a very great location. Bach front access . You need a key to enter and exit the main areas which made us feel very safe . Attending staff was very helpful and nice . 10/10 recommend! 」

「This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again.」

「BED BUGS. Do not stay here. Woke up with bite welts covering both arms. Found and photographed two insects on the sheets as well as blood stains on the lamp shade and cigarette burns in the sheets. I requested a refund through Expedia the property claimed no record of complaints despite my photos. Expedia offered $25 compensation for a $147 stay. Avoid this property.」

「The staff was friendly, however the room was TERRIBLE. The bed sheets have dirty stains. There were 3 dead roaches that I had to BUY a broom and cleaning products to CLEAN the room. 2 days later, there was a LIVE roach that I almost stepped on barefoot. I WOULD NOT recommend to stay here again!」

「Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving 」

「You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning.」
