I booked this via my fone, and it said it was just reserving the room and could pay at the hotel, but I actually paid with my CC. When I got there I asked the women If I could pay the retainer and room the next day and she said yes. The man that came out after, why he came out I have no idea the women was doing fine except for the lie she and he both told regarding paying when I leave. It wasn't until the morning that another women told me your card was already charged, when I asked to pay in cash she said as soon as you booked they charged it. so much for trusting the front end staff who apparently lie to guests like me or just me. PS. I had to complain about the guest below me and next to me. the guests below sounded like they were tearing the place apart. the ones next to me sounded like they were doing military drills or gymnastics. The continental breakfast needs improving, or unless that's all they have/had, very sparse. I Would not stay here again. It's hard to answer about the property because I didn't walk around it. I don't do that at hotels i stay at, unless i'm being paid to critique it.

It was not a dislike necessarily, the room key/card for our room had to be reprogrammed Twice. Both cards. Possible need to fix door fixture or main programming machine? Stay was goid otherwise.

Good location and clean. However the place was very noisey and very tired. Guests in rooms around were up late and noisey. Some were drinking and yelling, did not feel safe. Heaters, bathroom vents and showers were also very noisey and could be head between rooms. Staff were friendly enough but no security intervention for the late night inappropriate behaviour from other guests.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS LAST VISIT!!!! I've stayed at this hotel 8 times in the last four months and never had an issue until this last visit this past weekend. I woke up around 4 AM to use the bathroom and found a bedbug walking on my pillow. I ran to the bathroom with the pillow to confirm in the light that I was not imagining it. I snapped a photo of it, flushed it down the toilet and went straight downstairs to the front desk. While I appreciated that he moved us to another room, the paranoia at that point prevented us from sleeping the rest of the night. In the morning, I spoke with the lady requesting at least a partial refund. She stated she could not offer any refund as we pre-paid through Expedia. We then reached out to Expedia requesting a partial refund. They contacted the hotel who in turn told Expedia they would need to first do an investigation. I received a call from the Manager stating they could not issue a refund but would give me points for a free night stay at any Wyndham resort. She set up a Wyndham account for me and stated it would take 24 hours for the points to appear. Five days later and no points were issued and then have the nerve to deny the partial refund through Expedia!!!

While our staff tried to remedy the situation quickly and move you to an alternate room. You're correct, given the constraints of the reservation it took us time to get you compensation to use towards another stay. I've confirmed the points were issued to you once you acknowledged the creation of a new Wyndham account. Again, our sincerest apologies. We do our best to provide a clean, safe and comfortable environment.

Walked in the door horrible smell of some type of bad cleaner deodorizer, just as bad in the room, had to open the window to get rid of smell. Bad lighting in the room. Very small closet, no drawers for clothing, just badly sized cubbies. Carpeting had a large rip. No hand soap in the bathroom, dispenser was empty. On of the chairs was filthy and needed to be replaced. The pillows were useless, so soft I needed to use 3. Breakfast was the worst, only toast, granola bars, yogurt and cereal, and no spoons to eat them with. On the good side, there was a nice long counter, and room was clean except for the horrible smell.

Placewas clean, quiet, and we rested well. Person on duty at the desk was friendly and efficient. Thanks. Odd that there were no towel racks in the restroom. We stayed just one night so no problem for us, but if staying more than 1 night and they change towels every 3 day unless otherwise requested, where do you hang towels to air out/dry?
