「We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here...

「Just an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff is incredible. The front desk staffer actually drove us to the train station on the way out. Talk about door-to-door service! I can’t wait to come back in the winter to ski. I will definitely stay here.」

「Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.」
