「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「The room was very clean and bright and spacious and I was unaware of any noise from other guests despite being on the 4th floor (of 5) There was some noise outside the hotel - parties/music in the evenings at the weekend and a children’s school on Monday morning but these were just normal residential noises which I quite enjoyed. I would stay here again」

「The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes.
