「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」

「The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. 「Ein Hotel komplett ohne Personal zu betreiben kann man ja machen aber besonders an einem turbulenten Ort wie diesem wünscht man sich schon jemanden der ein Auge darauf hat wer da so ein und aus geht. Das wäre dann auch ein idealer Ansprechpartner um die nicht ablaufende Dusche zu besprechen. Die Aussicht auf einen Bereitschaftshof der Stadtreinigung ist wenigstens speziell.
