「I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast/brunch buffet was amazing with tons of selections for dessert. I will definitely stay here again if I’m in Toulouse.」

Everything you asked seemed to be asking for a favour. No service at all and definitely not a 4 star. More like an inn than a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good neither. Only the location. 」

「房間設施簡陋，沒有任何茶具，沒有熱水煲和沒有水杯，如要飲用需要到大堂。走廊自動燈感應很差，走廊很黑暗。而且房間10分細，浴室更更更加細，唯一好處在市中心，但我絕對不會再次入住。 員工服務整體滿意。 」
