二度と利用しません。

場所が非常に分かりづらい。 駐車場も分かりづらい。 周りに何も無い。 鍵が壊れていてテープで処理しており連絡しても対応しない。 部屋のスリッパ、アメニティも無い。 Wi-Fiも繋がらない。 二度と利用する事はありません。 安くもないし、おすすめ出来ません。

청소가 너무 잘 안되어 있었어요. 침구류가 교체가 안되어 있었어요. 주차장이 멀어요. 에어컨/히터에서 너무 냄새가 나요.

急遽、ハーモニーランドに行く事になり、朝発だとゆっくりできないので前乗りする事にして予約しました。駐車場が目の前じゃないのと、お風呂の排水口が汚れてたのと、鍵を開けるのに手こずった点以外は満足です！今回は遅く着いたので寝るだけでしたが、子ども達もキレイな宿で喜んでいました。素泊りでいい人にはかなりお得でオススメです(^^)

2Fで暴れられると、1Fが迷惑する

2Fの家族(外国人)が小さな子供連れだったみたいですが、子供が部屋であばれすぎて、1Fまで大きな足音が響いて大変迷惑でしたので、一度注意しにいきました。お父さんらしき人が大変申し訳なさそうに誤っていました。その後は、迷惑な音もしなくなりました。

宿泊施設に入る迄にかなりの時間が要し不安になった。電話連絡しても繋がらないし折り返しあっても対応悪いし！部屋はいい感じだったがホコリが目立つ、お風呂はバスがないし、子連れのお客様が2階ならうるさくて落ち着かずでしょう。駐車場も離れていて探すのに時間かかるし。お値段は安くて良かったもののこれならビジネスホテルの方が良かった。

子供含め7人で利用させていただきました。 お部屋も子供5人なので、窮屈感もなくよかったです。ベッドから落ちないようにするため、 ベッドを少しうごかしてつかったとき、 埃の塊少しだけあったので、 備え付けの掃除機で吸いました。 掃除機あって良かったです。 駐車場はなかなか遠いので、 赤ちゃん連れは荷物が多く大変なので、 少しかくごはいるかな、、とゆう気もしました。 雨じゃなく、男手あったら大丈夫そうです。 Wi-Fiのパスワードがわからなかったです。

施設も新しく快適に過ごせました。 駐車場の問い合わせにも電話で21:00以降でしたが、即座に対応いただきました。 東別府駅にも徒歩3分でとても便利でした。 ただ今回1階部分を借りましたが2階の方の足音等が若干気になりました。

急遽、当日に予約して宿泊しましたが、 快適に過ごせました。普通の家的な感じですが、部屋も広くてきれいでした。 温泉は近くに色々あるみたいなので、シャワーのみのお風呂でしたが、問題ないです。 2階も、他のお客さんが宿泊してるようでしたが、対面することもなく、騒音も気になりませんでした。この値段で、このクオリティーであれば、またぜひ利用したいです。 問題があるとすれば、大通りにある駐車場なので、反対車線からだとなかなか入れないので、そこは大変でした。 また、近くにコンビニ等もないので、事前に色々買っていくのがおすすめです。

率直な感想

駐車場は少し歩いた場所にあり、事前連絡いただいた地図で迷わず行けました。 タオルはありましたがスリッパ・歯ブラシはなく、ベッド裏にゴミが溜まっていたりシーツに髪の毛があり掃除大丈夫かな？と実際感じてしまいました。 せめてトイレスリッパくらいあってほしかったです。
