「We loved our stay at the Glen Ehrie. The grounds are beautiful with several trails. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Only wish we had more time to explore. No TV and wifi was spotty, so enjoy the beauty, peace and quiet and leave your devices packed. Staff throughout the resort were helpful and provided great history and commentary. Will definitely return as soon as I can!」

「The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.」

「We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. 「Quite a dated property. The air conditioning in the rooms appears adjustable, though the temperature never changed. The room was slightly on the warm side. When I arrived to my room, the coffee machine was turned on which seems dangerous. The hallways are extremely warm and have odd, unpleasant odors.」

「The name “Little Beaver Inn” is in our opinion, misleading. It is actually a simple motel room, not an inn. You can use the kitchen and living room in the nearby Lodge (same owners). That property is FAR superior to the “Inn”, yet only costs about $15/night more. With taxes, the $190/night felt quite overpriced for the small hotel room. The quality of materials and construction are nice, particularly the bathroom. However, it is a big stretch to consider this an Inn. Had we known it...
