「I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. 「It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms.」

「Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.」
