「Alex Villa N5 was a great place to stay has everything you need and more, to be honest it felt more like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful and attentive. The private plunge pool is a little small and no area to sun bathe but the beach is down the road and another pool on rooftop with plenty of chairs. Location is okay short grab ride will get you everywhere you need in Canguu. Thank You Alex Villas 」

「The hotel itself is nice but unfortunately I had an unpleasant stay! First is the tiles they used within the villa, in lounge, kitchen and bathroom, very slippery. Second is the bathroom, when take shower the water splash out and runs from the side down to the floor creates a pond, damped the floor towel, uncomfortable and dangerous. I informed the staff on the risk of injuries and asked if they can do something to reduce the risk but nothing can be done, and unfortunately my wife slipped and...
