The property and room are excellent. However, there is constant humming noise in the whole building going on day and night but more pronounced at night giving us sleepless night. Otherwise, would be a perfect place to stay.

Great place but…

The room was just perfect but I had a really bad nights sleep because of a constant dull noise, which I’m guessing is related to the heating system. I couldn’t turn it off and it was impossible to ignore. What a shame as it is such a lovely room and the self check-in couldn’t have been easier. Parking was great too and the room was sparkling clean but I wish I could have switched that noise off.

Spacious

The self check in is a good idea as long as everything goes smoothly. The hotel was clean and spacious and well situated in a quaint village. Natalie at reception was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for us the next day.

This location is no ideal for someone interested in exploring Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt or any sightseeing places. It is remote. There are trains hourly connecting to Thun and Bern but no direct train to Interlaken. It looks countryside without many shopping options nearby except a convenient store. There is no air condition and windows don't open at all, and hence no fresh air. Windows are only fixed glass windows for day light.

Hervorragender Standort direkt am Bahnhof Belp, Tiefgarage für PKW ist verfügbar. Checkin leider über Automaten, funktionierte nur bedingt. Zum Glück Hotline verfügbar, die half umgehend. Zimmer geräumig, gut und sauber. Leider keinerlei Bedienungsanleitungen / Infos verfügbar (Hotel, Umgebung, Safe, Kaffeemaschine, TV ect). Badezimmer mit ebenerdig begehbarer Dusche sehr geräumig, leider Fliesen rutschig wenn nass. Besonders der abschüssige Teil in der Dusche gefährlich. Fön defekt, stellte sich nach 30 Sekunden vermutlich überhitzt ab. Kein Kartenleser an TG Einfahrt und Aufzugzugang aus Tiefgarage, unterschiedliche PIN Nummern müssen eingegeben werden. Rezeption nur stundenweise am Vormittag besetzt. Ansonsten war´s perfekt.

Günstiges Hotel mit ein paar Tücken

Automatischer Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Am Check-In Automaten wurde ein Zugangscode verlangt. Diesen hatte ich nie erhalten (und auch nicht andere Gäste, die zur gleichen Zeit einchecken wollten). Man musste die Hotline anrufen und dann mit dem Nachnamen einchecken. Danach ging alles reibungslos. Zimmer war ziemlich gross und Bett komfortabel. Ausstattung ist sehr günstig gehalten. In Toilette war ein unangenehmer Geruch.

Sehr empfelenswert!

Sehr grosses schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Riesige Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und Gartenmöbeln. Schöne Aussicht auf die Bergen. Ruhig! Personal am Empfang sehr sympathisch. Kleine Küche mit Geschirrmachine, Keinen Frühstück aber Pizzeria im Haus.
