Hotel Bom. Precisa melhorar o espaço para o café da manhã. Nas duas diárias o café estava cheio e foi complicado tomar café. Porém, mesmo diante do fluxo o café da manhã estava perfeito!

Precisa melhorar a atenção dos funcionários

Experiência razoável. Pagamos pelo late check-out e mesmo assim fomos encomodadas 2 vezes pelas camareiras do hotel, uma das vezes ela chegou a entrar no quarto repentinamente enquanto eu descansava, o que gerou um grande incômodo. Outro ponto negativo é que os elevadores não atendem de forma eficiente a quantidade de quartos, as vezes ficamos esperando mais de 10 minutos até conseguir entrar. No mais, a experiência foi ok, quartos estavam limpos e o café da manhã foi agradável.

Atendimento bacana, porém, a cama de casal era pequena demais. A cortina do banheiro (box) estava cheia de lodo e suja nas bordas - nem se utiliza isso mais! As duas toalhas estavam manchadas, com aspecto de sujas. Tomei café da manhã em pé por nao ter mais mesas disponíveis. Café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções, desproporcional ao valor da diária. Congestionamento nos elevadores, tornando-os insuficientes para atender aos hóspedes.

Hotel devia estar fazendo promoção de preços, pois estava super lotado, paredes sujas, carpetes dos andares sujos, espaço do cafe não suporta o número de hóspedes, tudo apertado. Fiquei uma semana , sendo que 2 dias o meu quarto não foi arrumado mesmo deixando a placa para arrumar.
