The breakfast is very good; you have juices, coffee, fruit, and eggs. The room is just adequate for the price I paid, although the facilities are a bit dated. The area around the hotel is a bit unsafe at night.

Impressões do Esplanada

Tirando a qualidade do café em si (pó de café inferior), o café bom. Quarto limpo e confortável. O problema maior é a água do banho. Praticamente fria. Demanda manutenção para resolver o problema do aquecimento da água e comprar um café de mais qualidade.

Excelente hotel! Ótimo custo benefício. Pra ele ficar perfeito, faltou apenas fazerem uma manutenção no chuveiro pois saia pouca água. E o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. O resto estava impecável e totalmente condizente com o valor cobrado.

Péssima estadia

Hotel mostra fotos boas das acomodações, mas quando entramos no quarto nos deparamos em outro mundo. Quarto com ar condicionado barulhento, geladeira antiga e barulhenta. Parece que parou no tempo. Cama com travesseiro muito desconfortável com manchas, foro da cama solta-se da cama, não havia toalha de rosto. O chuveiro leva muito tempo para esquentar, precisa -se esperar muito tempo para que a água desça quente. Muito barulhento o ambiente a noite. O café da manhã é de desanimar, bolo parece que é de massa pronta de pior qualidade, suco parece com gosto de água "choca", pão de queijo sem gosto e pão de forma duro nem na chapa resolveu. Primeira e última vez que me hospedo lá.

Estadia no Centro de BH perto de farmácias e bares. Quarto bom mas com ar condicionado que as vezes fazia um barulho. No período em que estava em BH teve festas próximo ao hotel e o barulho entrava no quarto. Check in 24 hrs, banheiro com ducha quentinha. Senti falta de ter YouTube na TV do quarto. Em geral um hospedagem boa. Voltaria a me hospedar

Hotel velho, colchões vencidos, cama baixa.. o quarto desconfortável, frigobar velho, vaso sanitário quebrado e descarga vazando. O cafe da manha terrivel, sem opção. Nao gosto de reclamar de estadia, mas esse hotel está totalmente inadequado para 2 estrelas e os valores cobrados.
