The room is ok, nothing special about it, staff was quick to act, but the floor was very dirty with many, many long hairs and a lot of dust.

Clean room, but check in processes was very rough. There is no staff present whatsoever, so if there is any small glitch in the system it's going to be an issue. The facial recognition didn't recognize me even, and the double door systems for security were a pain to navigate with multiple guests. For the price it would be way better to spend a few extra dollars to actually interact with a human. Good luck if you choose to stay but make sure to have everything flawless. Remember there is also 0 flexibility on early check in since it's an automated system.

O Hotel possui check in online. Nenhum deles atendia. Agonia, pq a bateria estava acabando. Fizemos um print, a partir dai então começou o check-in. A porta do banheiro estava toda quebrada.

A porta do banheiro é bem gasta e velha, quase caindo. No mais, recomendo.
