We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything

They couldn’t give us the crib neither the hairdryer that said they had available. On our checkin, they didn’t have hand towels and bathroom floor mat. We slept there 3 nights and they didn’t make it available for us.

Achei que vale bem o custo benefício. Funcionários cordiais, inclusive Rafael que é muito educado e solicito. Café da manhã com ótimo custo benefício, indo até às 10:30hrs. Único ponto é a questão da acústica dos quartos que não é tão eficiente. Mas nada que tenha impactado nossa estadia. Voltarei com certeza mais vezes.
