Accommodation in good condition and hygiene; good location that allows easy access to the main avenues and ring roads, which ensures access to the attractions of Belo Horizonte and neighboring cities. However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules. The breakfast is excellent with hot protein; cheese derivatives, various fruits and fruit juices, carbohydrates, which allows you to prepare a fitness meal. There is a fitness room with gym equipment in good condition. The staff is attentive and prepared to provide support and information about attractions. There is a problem not linked to the hotel: the presence of drug addicts near the Angola viaduct

O equipe de funcionários são cordial e amável, prestativo, quarto limpo, ar acondicionado tem problema o controle, o telefone não funciona e a tv deveria de melhorar para uma tv digital, o café da manha excepcional com varias opções e adorei a máquina de capunhino e de café com leite boa opção.

Alugamos em cima da hora então não fizemos muitas pesquisas, o hotel oferece um bom valor, mas a descarga estava estragada, os lençóis e toalhas são encardidos e disponibilizam apenas uma toalha para duas pessoas, o que não agradei mesmo foi a limpeza, no mais, o café da manhã é ótimo para quem está de passagem, quanto a localização não é das melhores, o bairro ao redor é perigoso

Ótimo estacionamento, café da manhã ok. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, o que facilitou muito a nossa rotina. Várias opções de refeições para comprar no local e um microondas compartilhado. O quarto que ficamos deixou um pouco a desejar com a quantidade de mofo nas paredes (principalmente no box). A região não é das melhores, mas andamos de Uber tranquilamente! É um bom hotel, com bom custo benefício.

Não compensa o custo benefício.

A estadia não foi confortável. O quarto que peguei estava com janelas quebradas (muito barulho externo e mosquitos à noite), chuveiro com vazão de água lenta, limpeza do banheiro e box bem ruim. O café da manhã é muito simples e alguns itens com qualidade que deixa muito a desejar. Tive alguns problemas estomacais após ter ingerido o café. A localização também não é muito boa. O bairro fica perto de alguma favela o que causa um pouco de desconforto pra quem se desloca nele. Tem bastante vagas de garagem e o atendimento foi muito bom. Um detalhe importante sobre a limpeza de quarto: solicite na recepção. Caso você não faça isso seu quarto não será limpo

Como hotel pode melhorar

O atendimento da recepção quando fizemos o check-in não foi bom ir ao chegar no quarto estava muito forte o cheiro de cigarro dentro, então percebemos que a janela estava aberta e que outros hóspedes estavam fumando nos apartamentos vizinhos. Não adiantou interfonar pois o Interfone estava mudo, era o apartamento 613. O café da manhã era mais ou menos.

O hotel é bom, ficamos uma noite apenas de passagem em Belo Horizonte. Estávamos muito cansados e o atendimento foi ótimo na recepção. O quarto é limpo, roupas de camas também, tudo normal. Um único ponto negativo é que a camareira bateu na porta do quarto umas 8h da manhã para limpeza… estávamos tão cansados, tínhamos chegado de viagem tipo uma hora da manhã. Acho que a abordagem somente poderia ser melhor. No geral o hotel é bom.

Quarto sujo, edredom rasgado, banheiro com cabelo no azulejo encardido. Wi-fi extremamente fraco. Faltou água no segundo dia das 9 às 13hrs. Descarga do vaso sanitário quebrou após a agua ter voltado. Péssima experiência, pois não foi barato.

Caro pelo o que oferece. Quarto não tem isolamento nenhum. Atendente na recepção a noite, super mal humorado. A mulher estava atendendo bem, o homem com maior falta de paciência. Vazamento de água nos box. Banheiro com degrau. Cama com colchão velho. Roupa de cama encardida. Teto do banheiro e tampa do vaso com sujeira preta parecendo lodo. Café da manhã variado que é o único positivo. Estacionamento péssimo, totalmente apertado, o carro fica a metade descoberto. Barulho intenso das ruas próximas, escuta tudo dentro do quarto. Diária valor elevado. No máximo deveria cobrar 150,00 por casal. Paguei quase 340,00. Um dos piores hotéis que já me hospedei. No geral não recomendo.
