The hotel is conveniently located next to Mineirão. The rooms are in bad shape, dirty walls, dirty floors, carpets are filthy and stained. This would not be a one-star hotel in the US, much less a 3-star property; beware.

Tudo muito bom, desde o café até o quarto. No entanto quero ressaltar dois pontos, primeiro sobre os travesseiros que são muito finos e baixos, além disso se você for de carro prepare-se para ter muitas dificuldades no estacionamento, muuuito apertado e cheio de colunas e paredes.

O único ponto positivo do hotel é a proximidade com o estádio Mineirão. Tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Estrutura do hotel é café da manhã pessimos.

Sou cliente ha um bom tempo. Percebo que o hotel precisa melhorar na qualidade das toalhas, varios banheiros com pouco vazamento nas duchas ( principalmente agua quente) . Portas de banheiros com os pes ppdres , estragados , colchoes ja bem moles devido ao tempo de uso . No demais excelente hotel

O hotel é bom, boa localização para o que eu precisava, o quarto era muito pequeno, fiquei sem água quente de manhã para tomar banho, café da manhã razoável. Achei o valor cobrado muito alto pelo que o hotel oferece, eles elevam os valor quando tem um evento nas proximidades, o dobro do preço normal praticado.

Box do banheiro bem sujo

O box do banheiro estava bem sujo. Parecia que o blindex não era lavado há muitas semanas, com aquela camada de sujeira, espuma seca e gordura que fica acumulada na parte de baixo do vidro/paredes. A porta do banheiro também estava nojenta, cheia de fungos em uma parte que aparentemente caía água do chuveiro. No mais, a cama era confortável, o café da manhã era gostoso e, apesar das paredes serem finas (dava pra escutar com clareza a conversa no quarto ao lado), os demais hóspedes foram silenciosos após as 22h, então não tivemos problema de perturbação.
