The pool is well taken care of and grounds are clean and free of cigarette waste. The maintenance guru Jerry is kind and puts a lot of Joy in his work. 20 minute easy access to Pensacola Beach. Waffle House is next door - so walking to breakfast was our go to. Our family will book again with other families! "
