「The initial room we were assigned had dirty sheets but we were reassigned another room quickly. We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes however the shady happenings surrounding the hotel were less than appeasing. There were people coming in and out of a window on the first floor, unsure if they were paying guests. Hotels guests sitting in cars or lawn chairs in the parking lot. Most times made it a little uncomfortable walking out at night.」

「Although we reach the hotel the next day we were supposed to show due to an problem with our rental car company, the front desk young gentleman, was very kind and helpful. He looked for a room for us. I definitely recommend this facility for their professional personal and clean rooms.」

「The first floor room was close to a very loud and busy street. I thought perhaps new weather stripping around the door would help in the future. The apples in the choice of continental breakfast items were old and bruised and the hot water dispenser for tea failed to work. But the staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is old and needs some upgrades but I did feel safe there.」

「Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way. Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. 「Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!」
