「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Beauiful hotel in the heart of Bellagio with beautiful decoration face directly to Lake Como and next to the piers to other visiting spots of Lake Como. The balcony of the room can see the sunset view of Bellagio.」

「Hôtel qui a du être splendide, très bien situé. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, les draps sont courts, il n'y a pas de couette mais un dessus de lit qui a vécu. C'est dommage car il suffirait de pas grand chose pour que ce soit génial.」

「It locates near the lake and the neighborhood is amazingly beautiful. Our first night stayed at the attic which is spacious and a nice lake view from the window. The second night switched to a room with a balcony viewing partial lake which I don’t recommend. Cause the room is really too small. Other than that, it’s recommended. 」
