"Big and beautiful resort "

"Pool was closed but yet we still had the same overall resort fees. "

"Clean room, the staff was very nice and everything is nearby overall an excellent place to stay."

"Room was very nice and big. Staff was pretty helpful at least the housekeeping all super cool people. Most them are. The soda machine kept double charging me or it was always half the price if charges you. Not much dresser space but not really big deal. Shower was big and high pressure. Casino is really nice as always but wish they had more delivery options to door."

"Property is beautiful. Rooms are huge and fairly quiet. Check in was a breeze. Luggage storage and pick up highly efficient. Good signage and amenities. Have access to both Palazzo and Venetian via walkways. Wonderful pools and servers poolside. The 10th floor garden pool is a hidden treasure. Good shopping and food choices. Negatives- smoke smell even in the hallways of the rooms. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Dirty glassware not replaced. Will tell you they will make a request but never happens. Took 2 days to get linens for the sofa bed. Best bet is to ask if you see staff in the hallways. Servers on the casino floor were rude. Pricey, but if you use the amenities and spend time at your hotel it is worth it."

"I had a good memories from this hotel from 10 years ago so I came back, unfortunately I was very disappointed. The location is great but the room is small, no water, no coffee machine and it was very noisy, I could hear when other people were taking a shower, and there was an ambient noise coming and going which was very annoying."
