「Friendly staffs」

「The ladies working in the restaurant were great! The guy that picked us up was awesome! The gal that checked us in was great. The restaurant menu was in USD currency and over priced. Last be not least the lady that checked us out of the resort was horrible and we'll never go back.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was kind, smooth check in. Martha's cafe provided good food and amazing service. Marco the security was very friendly and helped us navigate the area. Raul snack shop around the corner have really good food too. Nice location, Close to everything.」

「Great location and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are super spacious and the neighborhood seems very safe. There’s a restaurant around the corner if you need to grab something to eat and easy location for pick ups for excursions or trips to airport or dock if you need to go to any of the islands. Sheridian was super sweet and helpful when we checked in. I wish the pool stayed open a bit later but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Already recommended to some future visitors.」

「Clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location, kind staff. Regarding reviews about location, most travelers know Belize City is a jumping off point to get to the islands, one nights stay is sometimes required for connecting flights and water taxi. The hotels are not resort quality because no one is staying there for a week. This was a safe and clean location for our one night stay and totally worth the cost.
