「Disappointing stay unfortunately. Our tv was not working and when I informed staff, they stated maintenance would need to assess the tv but there was no one available to do this. No one ever came to the room. Then I mentioned it again the following morning and again, staff just apologised and said maintenance would need to assess tv but it was not fixed by the time we checked out that morning. I feel for the price I paid for the room, this was not good enough service. Probably would not stay...

「We think of a B&B in the traditional way, where someone welcomes you into their home. This was more like an Air B&B, but with continental breakfast supplied. We were lucky enough the first morning to find someone to call a cab for us, but never saw anyone after that except other guests. It was nice to have access to a fridge to keep drinks cold, but we were expecting a homemade breakfast.」

「Postion in a nice quiet road, big room with two large double beds, spacious bathroom & nice shower. TV, kettle with tea, coffee & milk. There was a fridge, but it wasn’t working, it had a problem with the electrics, as the kettle wouldn’t work on that side of the room. Telephone in the room, but wasn’t plugged in.
