Premier Inn is definitely a low budget stay. The parking lot was full when we arrived so we did have to park further. There was a lot of noise from the hallway that traveled easily and woke us up often. Otherwise, had the basic amenities needed.

The Titanic Muesum is a 10 minute walk from the hotel! Room was clean. However, I didn't realize you had to insert you key into a slot next the door to turn on the lights in the room. The staff should have communicated that in check in or instructions should have been left in the room. The hotel is a little to far from restaurants and pubs in Belfast city centre. You'll need to use the bus, drive or take a taxi if you want to do a night out. Hotel breakfast was standard buffet style.

The reception staff was very helpful and the property was cleaned and well stocked. The location was a little far from the city centre but it was very accesible walking or in the bus. It was a very quiet floor, so the sleeping was great.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer ausreichend. Das Essen war fürchterlich. Keine gesunden alternativen zu fettigem. Selbst der Joghurt bestand zur Hälfte aus Wasser und Maisstärke. Früchte waren aufgetaute, matschige Beeren und die Säfte waren wir Softdrinks. Das Personal wirkte wahnsinnig unmotiviert. Die Lage ist super, man ist Fußläufig überall.

Lady at reception was amazing. Very friendly and managed to let me book in a bit earlier to a quiet room. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Most stuff was empty and took awhile to be filled. Not nearly hs good as other premier inns I have stayed t.

We picked this place because it was within walking distance to the Titanic museum that we wanted to visit before we got on our cruise ship. The hotel was fine and the room and the bed were comfortable. The only real complaint was the check-in and check-out process. They only have a single small desk about the size of a small podium for hotel check-in that doubles as the check in to be seated at the restaurant. If you are checking in and there is someone in front of you that is checking in at the restaurant you have to wait for them to be seated before they come back to check you in to your room. If didn't take that long for us but imagine if there were a lot of people checking in to both the hotel and the restaurant at the same time. Not a bad hotel but...

Self check-in was pants. Had to find a human. Was put in a disabled person equipped room for some reason. Clean room apart from bloodstain on net curtain, stained duvet, which I took a pic of but accidentally deleted. And couldn't get any hot water from the sink tap. And couldn't set thermostat. Food was good and plentiful, had mixed grill but gave up searching for hp sauce, it had been a long day. Breakfast buffet was very good, but coffee machine(s) need more monitoring for availability of being ready to use. Not the cheapest premier inn I've stayed at, but overall decent enough. Just attention to detail would be beneficial

Fue una excelente experiencia, la repcionista nos ayudó en todo, al ver que teníamos dificultades con el idioma, nos trajo un colega suyo.Juan Carlos que nos fue de mucha ayuda ,personas amables respetuosas ,siempre dispuestos ayudar, las instalaciones del hotel están bien, y la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca del museo Titanic, y cerca del centro de la ciudad. Les estamos muy agradecidos, por su excelente servicio.
