「We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was not checked for clean towels, coffee, toiletries, etc during our stay. Breakfast was very minimal and was not replenished. We went to the room about 7am. Bagels and muffins were gone, there were 3 mini muffins, some cold cereal, and a couple bananas. It was difficult to talk to staff as I saw very little of them. We won't stay there again.」

「The place was absolutely disgusting! From entry way, to the hallways, and our room. The entry way and hallways smelled disgusting. I don’t think they’ve seen a vacuum in the last month nor a carpet cleaner ever! The room was so outdated, that it reminded me of a room from the 90’s. The carpet had never been cleaned, with a vacuum or carpet cleaner. It was stained and sticky. We actually bought cheap flip flops so we could walk in the room without our shoes. The shower and vanity was not...

「Nice and forward hotel! Came here because there was going to be some bad storms and ended up having a tornado touched down a few miles from the hotel and the staff (I think Ryan was the front desk gentlemen) handled it marvelously! Kept us feeling safe and calm during the tornado warning and such. Also was great with my 6 year old :) Only recommendation is having silverware in the room. Most suites with kitchenettes have them but they didn't here. Thank you!」
