「We had bed bugs in the bed. Took videos and photos. Reception lady just offered another room. Very basic amenities. No blankets on tbe bed - just a couch throw. Place needs a good clean. Breakfast is only from 7am. We had to head to the airport at 6am.」

「Generally ok」

「A nice hotel! Clean, comfortable and convenient 」

「Shower needs an upgrade, everything else is great. Breakfast is excellent.」

「This is not a 5 star hotel. I have no problem with the hotel itself especially for the price just that I expected a 5 star as it was advertised as such. The A/C did not cool below 19.5-20C, the door handle was somewhat broken, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Not a 5-star experience. That being said the staff was great. I was only there one night so I did not complain.」
