One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I stay at many Four Seasons etc. Beautiful rooms and excellent food. Very nice spa facilities. Did not feel over crowded. I did have a short stay so I could not say if location wise it was well located, I pretty much stayed in the resort the 2 days I was here.

This property is unreal-- the most gorgeous space with every detail intentional, beautiful and full of depth. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. The spa and gym were insane and the rooftop patio and bar offered such incredible views. This is one of the most exceptional hotels and is a must when visiting São Paulo.

Superb experience in this 6 stars hotel

At least in our experience, I cannot pinpoint one flaw about the service, amenities, beauty and lux of this hotel. It provides so many difference experiences among the several different restaurants and two pools. Make sure to book a hotel tour on your first day with Priscilla Chien and make your stay extra special. We can wait to go back!

The stay here for 2 nights was absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional, very friendly, they have a personal trainer 24 hours available in the gym and even fruit to eat after a work out. Every detail inside the hotel room is carefully put together and the craftsmanship is excellent. I would 10/10 recommend a stay here and it’s worth every dollar you pay.
