Free breakfast was good. Gym is nice, clean and big. The pool was out of order which was disappointing and the hottub had cold water in it but you could still go in the "hottub" Free shuttle to the airport was convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Slaviero Guarulhos

This is my third stay at the hotel, and I can recall the other times people at the reception were more friendly. The condition of the room was not the best. The bathroom had a weird smell andhe shower had was disgusting, shampoo was missing and the bed had weird white crumbs on it. The breakfast was great as always.
