今次入住雙床房，酒店主動升級為三人房，由於深夜入住，所以被安排到4樓，然後跟職員說我有腳腕不能爬樓梯，第二天便為我們調往地下層 另外，職員很有禮善而且樂於助人，酒店設計幾有特色，客房清潔 酒店距離地鐵站及北京站，只需5分鐘步程，行出大街亦有很多食店

My son had several deliveries during our stay, and the staff accommodated all of them without any issues. They handled everything efficiently, which made our stay much more convenient. The staffs can speak English, which make it easy to communicate and stress free. They are friendly, approachable and smily.

Absolute Weiterempfehlung! Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Perle. Versteckt gelegen mit charmanten Innenhof und absolut empfehlenswerten Restaurant für Frühstück und / oder Abendessen. Kostenloser Wäscheservice, bei Regen gibt es gratis Schirme oder Ponchos. Und am Geburtstag eine tolle Überraschung. Nebenan mehrere Supermärkte und - als einzig bekannte Adresse - im Hotel alkoholfreies Bier. Saubere Zimmer, täglich neue Handtücher. In Fußnähe sind die Railway Station und die Metrolinie 2. wenn wir erneut in Peking sind, dann nur in diesem Hotel 👍

Even though the room is not the best, the location of the property is quite good, just a short walk to Line 2 Beijing Railway Station. The breakfast is one of the best I had in China, many cold and hot options, they have even a waffle machine and a person doing fresh crepes. I would recommend the hotel for its amazing breakfast.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this property. I was there during a severe thunderstorm and my room leaked. The staff went into action, got me into another room and fixed the problem that night. Thank you to the kind staff and the amazing customer service. Additionally, I ate almost all of my meals at the hotel restaurant and everything was delicious. Thank you for showing so much kindness!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the railway station and subway, which makes travelling around the city very convenient. A unique feature of the hotel is its small on‑site museum, a nice surprise for guests. Free coffee is provided throughout the whole day. I was also pleased that front‑desk staff speak both English and Russian, which is extremely helpful for international tourists. The buffet breakfast deserves special mention — there is an extensive selection of dishes, with plenty of Chinese and Western options to choose from. There is something to suit every taste. My room was clean and comfortable with reliable Wi‑Fi. A self‑service laundry room is also available for guests. This hotel represents great value for money. It is ideal for both leisure and business trips, and I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Beijing Railway Station and the subway, which made traveling around the city very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel environment was quiet and relaxing despite being close to the city center. I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the traditional courtyard atmosphere gave the hotel a unique Beijing charm. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

Not exactly a five-star hotel, but the service goes way beyond what you normally get at facilities within this price range. The staff are extremely helpful and as someone who is skeptical about trying unfamiliar food, I found the breakfast to be quite good. It probably had a lot to do with how well the restaurant was maintained.
