nice hotel, good location, very helpfull staff
The hotel was very nice, we had a room on the top floor which was very quiet. Even though the staff is not fluent in english we manage to be able to commnicate. The location is very good, just 5 minutes walk to the subway, there is a supermarket across the street for snacks and beverages. The restaurant at the hotel was very good, excellent service. The only reason why this hotel room did not make it to extreme satisfaction is because the mattress was extremely hard. We ran into other travellers who were staying at a different hotel and they said the same thing about the mattress, so it may be a cultural thing that we are not used to. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Kein englischsprachiges Personal
Das Hotelzimmer ist an sich nicht schlecht. Sehr mangelhaft ist aber die Tatsache, dass so gut wie keiner des Personals auch nur ansatzweise Englisch spricht oder versteht. Dies macht den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm, da man weder einen Flughafentransfer vom Ausland vorab organisieren kann, weil einen niemand am Telefon versteht, noch ist es einfach eine Tour zu organisieren. Ich habe dieses Hotel gewählt gerade weil in der Expedia Beschreibung stand, dass es einen Flughafentransfer durch das Hotel gibt und weil es in der Beschreibung hies, dass mehrsprachiges Personal vor Ort existiert (hier geht man doch mindestens davon aus, dass Englisch gesprochen wird, wenn expedia.de dieses Hotel anbietet) und Hilfe bei der Tourenplanung angeboten wird. Ich bin der Meinung, dass Expedia die Hotelbeschreibung entsprechend abändern sollte und den Flughafentransfer komplett rausnehmen sollte und einen deutlichen Hinweis auf die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse des Personals geben sollte. Wenn ich das vorher gewusst hätte, wäre ich in ein anderes Hotel gegangen.

受付の対応はやや愛想無く機械的ではあったが、特に間違うことも無く必要な応対はしてくれた。部屋は掃除、整理整頓行き届いており、特に問題は感じなかった。
