Staff was great went to the Great Wall on New Year’s Day when we returned the was food in the lobby to celebrate tea coffee candies available in the lobby 24/7 hotel is located on a pedestrian street with plenty of shops and restaurants there is also a subway station at one end of the street highly recommended this hotel

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing again.

It’s a cozy and comfortable hotel located at a spectacular street, where you can see a lot options of place to eat and shop, in addition it’s close to a metro station. All staff are super helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect to experience the old part of the city. Easy to get to Tiananmen Square and Parks. Recommend hiring a bicycle to look around. The Staff were all very helpful. The room was very clean and they did our laundry free of charge. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent customer service from the time they contact u till the day u left. All three of us agrees they deserve the best review. Front desk is always so helpful and the free laundry service is provided at no cost and free snacks 24/7 etc. location is right in the hustle& bustle night market area but u can’t hear any outside voice from the room.
