"We had a fabulous stay in February. Location great, very quiet which was important to us. "

"This hotel was good value for the price and location was excellent. The room did have a musty smell and they only cleaned once during our five night stay. The self service was relatively easy...but i would have appreciated cleaning at least every other day. Location was excellent. Loved the restaurant across the street...we ate there twice...and we could walk to the Michelin Guide Vietnamese which was also excellent. Near shopping and the metro so easy to get to the train station for the airport. The view was of another building and we did have construction early one morning. That being said, comfortable beds, good water pressure in showers. Little space to hang and put away clothes. Also only C type converter plugs fit so it was okay for my Cpap machine but not so good for my hairdryer which kept overheating. Not sure i would stsy again...but it was decent value. "

"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"

"Great stay in a clean, fresh & upscale hotel in the heart of the south side close to metros, EU, and many tourist attractions. Best area to stay in if a tourist for leisure or business."

"The room was clean and it indeed fits 3 people with having 2 persons on the big bed in the middle. Most of the staff speak English and were very kind and helpful. It's only 30 minutes away by train from Brussels central which is the most important area in Brussels."

"Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired. The higher floor rooms are very warm on a sunny day and somehow the AC couldn’t cool it. For sustainability reasons they change sheets every 3 days but for us they didn’t even do that. The bathroom has nothing other than a body wash and shampoo. Breakfast is ok. However, the staff are very helping and courteous."
