Promises so much but delivers very little.

From the outside the Chateau offered so much, internally it delivered almost nothing. Hottest day of the year and the room had no working Aircon and power sockets were not offering power. Asked for another room which was denied and two guys came to my room to try fix the issues, eventually managing to get the air con to make a noise but now air nor cooling happened and they managed to find one working wall socket. The bed was a pull down affair from the cupboards built into the wall. The bathroom while clean had a shower head that spouted water from every joint in the connection between pipe and shower and also from a crack in the plastic shower head itself but it did allow some of it to fall from the area designed to direct water. There was an odd curled carpet in the otherwise tiled bathroom ... All very strange. Food wise we ventured to their cellar and had a nice meal but the real surprise was the fantastic bottle of LAN Rioja for €24 a bottle ... Found some on Vivino at £14 each so bought a case.

We krijgen een kamer die niet gekuisd was, met vuil bed en glazen... Er staat een koffie machine maar geen coffie. 1 handdoek per persoon en dan nog gescheurd. Geen flesje water. Volgende dag was onze kamer niet gekuisd. Uitleg: ze dachten dat we in andere kamer sliepen. Je betaald een verblijftaks maar je krijgt geen factuur. En onze ID werd ook niet gevraagd. Waar zijn we???

Check in: de medewerker sprak geen Engels en geen NL. De vaste airco was kapot en er stond een grote lawaaiige mobiele airco in de kleine kamer. Op het terras stond een getto blaster met iets te luide muziek, ging pas om 22:30 uit. Er was een bruiloft in het hotel, die muziek ging pas rond 01:00 uit maar de gasten stonden nog buiten tot ongeveer 03:00. Daar had je veel last van. Uitchecken: er was niemand bij de receptie. Een koppel stond al sinds 09:00 te wachten om uit te checken. Gelukkig hadden wij al vantevoren betaald en zijn we gewoon vertrokken en sleutel achtergelaten.

Ik zou er niet nog eens verblijven.

Prachtig gebouw, maar de kamers zijn gedateerd en piepklein! Gammel liftje. Geen gordijnen voor de ramen, en het raam is zo hoog dat je er niet uit kan kijken. Badkamer ook piepklein en de vloer was niet echt proper. De meneer aan de receptie was heel vrirendelijk!

Merci à Samuel qui s est dévoué corps et âme pour mon installation et confort. Par contre CLAUDE Qui n’a même pas le respect d’être présent à leur prévue ou je paye mon petit déjeuner est inadmissible, j’étais en retard au travail par sa faute, je n’ai pas mangé jusqu’à midi par sa faute, j’avais payé ce service et j’ai été extrêmement déçu surtout quand on réserve une chambre dans un château. Merci de prendre les dispositions nécessaires concernant votre collaborateur pour pas qu’il qu’il refasse ce manque de professionnalisme avec des autres clients. Merci d’avance.

Verblijf was prima, paar opmerkingen

Ontvangst was wat rommelig, omdat er ook een valentijnsevenement aan de gang was. Lastig te communiceren. Rest van de drie dagen verblijf geen medewerkers gespoken, alleen bij checkout. Kamer werd tussentijds ook niet schoongemaakt of opgemaakt.Op zaterdag was er een bruiloftsfeest, maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad. De kamer zelf was wel ok, op wat vlekjes na en het missen van de stop in het bad. We hebben goed kunnen slapen en over het algemeen prima verblijf, maar verwacht geen koninklijk onthaal in dit chateau. Omdatvwij elke dag vroeg op pad waren hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt of andere diensten.

Das Chateau bietet eine tolle Ansicht und hat eine sehr schöne weitläufige Terrasse. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine Karte und sehr gute Küche. Chapeau! Der 1. negative Eindruck war der verdrckte Lift. Untragbar ist der Zimmerservic. An 9 Tagen 2x frische Handtücher, und Betten herrichten und kein Toilettenpapier. Teppichboden verfleckt, Stühle schmutzig. Rezeption selten besetzt. Es gibt keine benutzbaren Nebenräume. Demnach kein angenehmer Aufenthalt im "Hotel" möglich. Das Zimmer ist 1m breiter als das Bett und außer den 2 schmutzigen Stühlen keine Sitzgelegenheit. Also außer zum Schlafen war das so genannte de lucs Zimmer nicht geeignet. Also, alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert.
