「We noticed that the pool was not clear at all. After my kids swam In the pool they got so sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. Talked to front desk later bc the pool was closed and they said that the health department shut down. The pool was why we book in the first place to keep the kids occupied! Total Nightmare!」

「This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate.
