O hotel é muito aconchegante, a equipe é atenciosa e prestativa, a cozinha é excelente, tudo estava perfeito! A localização do hotel é perfeita, a 100 metros da estrada principal que liga Canela e Gramado, mas ainda assim em uma região de paz e sossego, sem barulho de trânsito ou similares.」
