Eu e minha esposa ficamos hospedados durante 8 dias e temos 2 ressalvas sobre o hotel: 1- Café da manhã com mínima variação (praticamente as mesmas opções todos os dias, alterando apenas o sabor da torta e do croissant); 2- Camas desconfortáveis (trocamos de quarto 3x, todas as camas eram duras)

Tive uma experiência incrível nesse hotel! Desde o momento da chegada, o atendimento foi impecável, com a equipe sempre atenciosa e disposta a ajudar. O quarto era super confortável, muito bem decorado e limpo. A cama era maravilhosa, perfeito para um descanso tranquilo. O banheiro, espaçoso e moderno, com chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é um verdadeiro destaque, com muitas opções frescas e saborosas. A localização também é ótima, perto de várias atrações. Sem dúvida, voltarei sempre que estiver na cidade. Hospedagem ok mas problemas com o estacionamento

Tive problemas com o carro alugado... estava batido quando fui retirar e infelizmente me mostraram uma unica imagem que não apontava grandes coisas sobre como e quando aconteceu! Lógico que ninguém se responsabilizou... minha dica que confiram o carro na chegana e na retirada. De resto tudo ok com a hospedagem.

O hotel é uma rede muito bem estruturada e organizada quanto aos serviços. A piscina, excepcional. Único ponto negativo que encontramos foi em questão de lotação do café da manhã, fomos em dias e horários de grande movimento e por ser uma grande rede, algumas coisas operacionais ficaram complicadas, como reposições, lugares para sentar etc. No geral o hotel é muito bom, só por ser muito genérico/grande a experiência não é tão particular. O café da manhã quanto a qualidade também esperava um pouco mais

Venderores inconvenientes

Unico ponto que tenho a comentar, é a questão dos vendedores, o mesmo vendedor, ficou TODOS os dias que eu estive no hotel, me oferecendo a mesma coisa, sendo que desde o primeiro momento que o vi, disse que não tinha interesse em nada do que ele estava oferecendo. Se faz necessário o hotel impor um limite a essas pessoas, pois, se torna uma situação chata e inconveniente.
