I spent 2 lovely nights here on my way through the Berkshires. Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional. Flatbread was delicious and a cup of tea in the cozy fire nook was perfect.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff accommodated a request to change rooms after check-in as we discovered there was someone next door who was constantly on the phone speaking loudly in a voice that carried on something business related. Relocating us was very appreciated.

OK, the hotel needs updating, but the staff was so friendly and helpful it didn't even matter. We parked our car, walked everywhere, 2 min to the Colonial theater! Insider tip, if you buy a breakfast tix from the front desk it's less $ than paying at the restaurant.
