Beach House Resort Hilton Head
The people who worked here were great and very helpful. The hotel needs to be upgraded, it felt very dirty. The hallways are very dark and it was so loud at all times of the night. Very little sound proofing. Rust in the bathroom and paint chipping in the bathtub.

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort
Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.

We were extremely disappointed in the check-in experience. We arrived at 2:00 and we were told our room would be available in about an hour. Three hours later, our room was ready, but then it took another hour before they would inspect it. I had to complain 2 more times before a nice staff member, ...

Coral Sands Resorts by Palmera
The property is older and in need of a refresh. The pool and lazy river were cold. The game room has very limited hours (until 7pm weeknights-- we have teenagers who wanted to play ping pong!). Overall, it did not feel like a good value for the amount we paid. Caveat emptor.
