"Excellent location. Check in was easy and the room was cleaned every day. You really don’t get that anymore. The only complaint is housekeeping woke us up day of checkout at 8am trying to get into our room while we were sleeping. "

"The staff was excellent! Jahaida and Latoya made the stay extraordinary! The hotel’s location for seeing plays couldn’t be better- literally within 100s of feet to almost all of the Broadway plays. "

"Perfect location! Close enough to time square yet far enough not to be noisy and over crowded. We didn’t have a shower curtain in our room and didn’t notice until midnight. The staff moved us to a suite for the inconvenience and turned our average stay into a phenomenal experience. Great customer service goes a very long way! This will be my hotel of choice going forward while in New York! "

"Nice hotel; courteous & knowledgeable staff. Yummy cookies at check-in & anytime requested. Two Q beds very comfortable; Room smaller than expected & somewhat crowded with luggage for two females. Many places nearby for coffee, bagels, muffins, pizza, etc. Not as near to sites we planned to see, at least for an 82 y/o who has difficulty walking. However, I was able to walk at a slow pace and we took subway, taxi, and Uber when needed. Saw Hadestown - fantastic musical. Also saw Six, another good musical. Great trip. "
