Outlets are falling off the walls, landline does not work had to use my cell phone to call front desk, TV did not work maintenance came to fix. Also no AC n it was hot when we first got here. Apparently AC only during a certain season n people who were suppose to fix the phone and adjust temp in room never came. "
"Staff is extremely nice! Right in the heart of time square. There’s a Dave and busters less than a half of a block up so you can definitely stay here with family. The room is small, it worked for me and my seven year old. "
