「There was dead bugs in my fridge and on towels. The staff didn’t care. 」

「Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

「The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room」

「The evening staff was amazing! She warmed cookies before we went to bed one night and even put them on a plate for us. Place was very clean! I’m the crazy mom who checks for cleanliness and bugs, and this passed with flying colors! Lastly, the breakfast was super yummy with so many options to feed even the pickiest eaters! 」

「The room was great, the hotel was clean. The only issue take your own towels and quilts! We only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. We all took a shower upon arriving, we went out when we came back we asked for a couple more towels and all they had were two wash cloths they had nothing else. Asked again in the morning when we got up to take showers-still nothing. Also asked for another quilt we were cold and were told they had none. They really need to invest in more towels, bed quilts and wash...

「Worst experience I ever had at a hotel staff was extremely rude. Can't even take a bath because the hallways flood found a adult toy in my drawer wouldn't even let me stay an extra 10 minutes after checkout time to wait on my ride, an absolute overall awful stay. The only person that was nice in there, was Dylan he needs a raise 」

「The room was extremely outdated. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door was filthy. The handle for the shower almost fell off. Had to hold it in place to make it work. Although the room had a refrigerator microwave, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise, never used the microwave so I don’t know if it worked or not. The hairdryer was an electrical hazard. The electrical plug was cracked, and the covering on the air dryer itself was also cracked, exposing wires to the point where I...

「The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. 」
